Social Media & Marketing Assistant

An exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing e-commerce brand.The desired candidate will be working closely with the Founder & Brand Manager in assisting with the day-to-day social media & marketing duties.The role will be based in Limerick, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Expand & grow the brand’s overall social media presence
  • Create monthly reports & analyses of the social media channels & progress
  • Keep up with current trends & present content ideas around them
  • Create social content in the brand’s HQ
  • Managing & monitoring the brand’s social media
  • Editing & optimisation of content primarily on Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
  • Creating social media calendars for social channels around product launches
  • Co-Create graphics with the lead designer to be used across social media channels
  • Work alongside the Brand Manager in maintaining the brand’s tone of voice & messaging across all content

You will assist the Brand Management Team in:

  • Creative Direction & Content Creation
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns
  • Digital Marketing Activity
  • Influencer Marketing Campaigns
  • Analysing & Reporting Brand Activity
  • Creating unique campaigns & content strategies for the social media

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be based in Limerick (or surrounding areas) & working from the Limerick office
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work as part of a small team
  • Have a strong interest in the Fashion & E-Commerce industry (experience is a bonus!)
  • Have strong written, verbal & copywriting skills
  • Have relevant education or experience in a similar role within social media or digital marketing
  • Have the ability & skills to create promotional graphics in Canva or The Adobe Suite
  • Have the availability to work outside of standard working hours (occasional weekends & evenings)
  • Will be comfortable speaking on camera for the brand's socials & behind-the-scenes content
  • Experience in Facebook & Instagram Advertising is an added bonus
  • Experience in graphic design or video editing is an added bonus

Additional Information:

  • The role is Part-Time basis, but the opportunity is there to grow within the business & progress to a full-time role
  • Practical experience & training will be provided by the Brand Management
  • Hybrid working from home will be available during certain periods
  • The role will start from 10 hours per week & has the opportunity to increase across busy periods & as the position grows
