ABOUT OUR DELIVERIES
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and Irish Bank Holidays. Although we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay. During sales, launches or busy periods standard delivery may take between 7-10 working days.

Will I have to pay additional fees on deliveries to the United Kingdom?
Yes, you may be required to pay additional fees or customs on orders to the United Kingdom. Your delivery agent will contact you to inform you of this. You can find out more information here.

We do ask that you please wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund. In the event that your items are not suitable please return within 21 business days along with your order number and reason for return.
If items are damaged, stained with MAKEUP / TAN or smell of BODY ODOUR / PERFUME/ SMOKE they will not be refunded.All Items returned with the above issues will not be accepted by Vacious and will be returned to sender.
If a garment is received by a customer with any of the above faults, Vacious must be informed by email on the day of delivery. Please include pictures and Order Number. Please contact customercare@vacious.ie to report.
Items will not be refunded if the garment hygiene and security labels are removed.
The items remain your responsibility until we receive them, so please take care of your parcel before you return this to us - ensuring all safety stickers and tags are not removed from the item(s).Refunds may be refused should there be any damage to the products being returned.
Your card will be credited within 14 business days from the day on which we receive your returned item(s) if they meet the conditions of our returns policy.We do not offer exchanges on our products.

FAQs
As our vest is true to size we advise our customers to go with their usual dress size. For example, if you are a size 8/10 we would recommend going with the small. If you are 10/12 go with medium and so on...However, if you are a beautiful hourglass, or pear or have a larger bust we recommend you size up. Also, a little tip is to step in and out of your vest when you are putting it on to avoid any discomfort or over-stretching the fabric. We advise our customers to size down in our Vacious All rounder. It all depends on the overall result you would like to achieve. Sizing down will ultimately give a more snatched look - perfect if you have a body con dress that you would like maximum shaping under. This suit is also true to size so you can absolutely stick with your usual dress size for comfort and still benefit from the overall smoothing and shaping effect. In particular, the All Rounder is designed to smooth and sculpt the tum, hips and bum, with an extra lift built in to enhance the bum. Vacious Shapewear are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After the 3 month period from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.If your item is faulty upon receipt, please contact us at info@vacious.ie.
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. Refunds as processed within 14 days day of return received. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. You be notified by email when the refund has been issued.
