ACCOUNT INFO QUERIES
If you have forgotten your password, no worries! You can go to your account login as you normally would and you will see 'forgot your password?' right above the 'log in' button. Click on this to reset your password and a reset password link will be sent to your email.
Changing your password can be done in the exact same way as if you forgot your password. You can click on 'forgot my password' above the 'log in' button. Follow the instructions to enter your email and a reset password link will be sent to your email.
You must be logged into your account to update your contact information. Go to your account and on the right, you will see 'account details' where you have added an address. Click on the 'view addresses' button and then click on 'edit'. From here, you can update your addresses and your phone number that can be used for deliveries. If you need to update your password - please see the FAQ 'How do I change my password?' for full information.

GENERAL ACCOUNT QUERIES
You can create an account by clicking on the person/profile icon on the navigation bar at the top of the page (beside the cart and wishlist icons). This will bring you to the account login page. Below the 'login' button, you will find 'create an account'. Click on this to begin creating your account.
No, you have the option to checkout as a guest. However, if you want to be part of our VIP program and earn points on your purchases as well as many other perks, you will need to be logged in when making your purchase in order for your points to be collected from the sale and added to your account.
If you see a product that you love but you want to keep it and purchase the product at a later time, you can add it to your 'wishlist' by clicking on 'add to wishlist' beside the product. This will then add the product to a wishlist that you can then keep until later. You must be logged into your account in order for a wishlist to register for you. You can also share/send the wishlist you created to a friend, on social media or even straight to your partner's email to drop a 'not-so-subtle' hint!
