DELIVERY

IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND

  • Delivery 3-5 business days
  • All ROI orders are sent via An Post & Northern Ireland via GLS Shipping 
  • Shipping within 32 counties is €5

ABOUT OUR DELIVERIES

Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and Irish Bank Holidays. Although we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay. During sales, launches or busy periods standard delivery may take between 7-10 working days.

GREAT BRITAIN

  • Delivery 5-10 business days
  • Delivery charge £6
  • All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 

Will I have to pay additional fees on deliveries to the United Kingdom?

Yes, you may be required to pay additional fees or customs on orders to the United Kingdom. Your delivery agent will contact you to inform you of this. You can find out more information here.

Please note you may also be contacted by your delivery agent after you have received the package. Vacious is not liable for additional fees on orders. If you have any specific questions regarding your international delivery, you can contact us at info@vacious.ie.

REFUNDS

  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you must ensure that you have returned the item within 21 business days of receiving your order.
  • We do ask that you please wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund.
  • Your card will be credited within 14 business days from the day on which we receive your returned item(s) if they meet the conditions of our returns policy. Please note that the refund will be applied to the bank account that you purchased the order with initially. We are not able to apply this refund to a different debit/credit card or bank account other than the one you used upon purchase.
