We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.
You can apply your promotional code, gift card or voucher at the checkout during your purchase. When you are at the payment section of the checkout process, you will see a section under your shopping list that says 'gift card or promotional code'. You can enter your code into this box and click on the apply button. You should then see your code and discount applied to your order if the promotional code is valid.
Please ensure that you are paying with a method that is supported by our online store. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal at this time. If you are paying with a supported method but you are still having difficulty putting through your order, please contact our team at customercare@vacious.ie
ORDER QUERIES
If you have received your order and it has arrived faulty, you can contact our team by sending an email to customercare@vacious.ie. Please include a brief description of your experience, how the item is faulty, and if possible, a photograph to help our team support you with this as best we can.
If you have ordered the wrong item, you will need to contact customercare@vacious.ie before your order has been dispatched and our team will help you as best they can to rectify your order. If the order has already been dispatched or delivered you may still be charged for this item.
Please know that it can take up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email on an order. If you made an order but you did not receive a confirmation email after 24 hours, please get in touch with our team by sending us an email to customercare@vacious.ie.
If your order has been dispatched and you have not yet received this order, please contact customercare@vacious.ie and we will look into this with the courier for you. Please refer to our delivery times on when to expect how long your order should take to arrive.

RETURNS QUERIES - IRELAND
We do ask that you please wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund. In the event that your items are not suitable please return within 21 business days along with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: Sale items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit. We do not issue refunds for items purchased during the sale period.

Your card will be credited within 14 business days from the day on which we receive your returned item(s) if they meet the conditions of our returns policy.
