In order to be eligible for a refund, you must ensure that you have returned the item within 21 business days of receiving your order.
Please refer to our terms and conditions for full information on our returns and refund conditions. Please see the below FAQ "What is your returns policy?" for information on how to make a return to Vacious.
Please note: Sale items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit. We do not issue refunds for items purchased during the sale period.

-If items are damaged, stained with MAKEUP / TAN or smell of BODY ODOUR / PERFUME/ SMOKE they will not be refunded.
-All Items returned with the above issues will not be accepted by Vacious and will be returned to sender.
-If a garment is received by a customer with any of the above faults, Vacious must be informed by email on the day of delivery. Please include pictures and Order Number. Please contact customercare@vacious.ie to report.
-Items will not be refunded if the garment hygiene and security labels are removed.
-The items remain your responsibility until we receive them, so please take care of your parcel before you return this to us - ensuring all safety stickers and tags are not removed from the item(s).Refunds may be refused should there be any damage to the products being returned.
-Your card will be credited within 14 business days from the day on which we receive your returned item(s) if they meet the conditions of our returns policy.
-Please pack your product(s) carefully, in the original box and packaging.Please ensure that products are carefully packaged so that nothing gets damaged in transit (the good(s) are your responsibility until they reach us). We would also advise tracking your returned item/s.
-We will not accept return of any items that are washed, dried or worn in any way. In the interests of safety and hygiene shapewear items cannot be returned once the package has been opened or damaged, unless faulty upon arrival.
